What's Included in the Base Package

Vehicle Financing

We will lease your chosen vehicle for your desired period under operating lease terms. A fixed interest rate for the entire lease period ensures you a fixed monthly payment.

Motor Third Party Liability Insurance

We ensure that the vehicle has valid mandatory motor third party liability insurance, with a fixed cost.

Comprehensive Insurance

Your leased vehicle is covered by accident protection, with the cost fixed for the entire lease period. In case of an accident, your liability is limited to the deductible amount. Standard deductibles are: 200 euros per incident, 0 euros for glass damage and collisions with wild animals, and 15% of the vehicle’s market value in case of theft.

Insurance Claims Handling

Should an accident occur, we will handle everything for you. This includes managing communications with the insurance company and repair shops, and coordinating your vehicle’s restoration. If needed, our representative can even come directly to the accident scene within the Baltics.

Invoice Administration

You have the option to make purchases on behalf of Europcar for goods and services related to vehicle use at our partners, taking advantage of Europcar discounts. The cost of these purchases will be paid with your next monthly invoice.

Scheduled Maintenance

This service includes the cost of the vehicle’s scheduled maintenance according to the
manufacturer’s maintenance program.

Arranging Maintenance and Repairs

In case of a technical fault or accident, we will arrange for the vehicle to be repaired according to the manufacturer’s requirements. We also assist with booking regular vehicle maintenance appointments.

All Tires According to Normal Wear

Replacement of summer and winter tires due to normal wear and tear, either with limited or unlimited replacements as specified in your contract.

Tire Change and Storage

We arrange for the seasonal change (twice a year) and storage of your vehicle’s tires. This service includes tire transport to a pre-agreed tire changing point.

Replacement Car

We ensure you have access to a replacement vehicle during repairs and maintenance.

Additional Warranty and Normal Wear and Tear

We cover all repair work due to normal wear and tear of the vehicle, including the addition
or replacement of additional consumables.

24/7 Emergency Assistance

You have 24/7 opportunity to call Europcar’s emergency number for prompt assistance in case of an accident or technical issues. If needed, we will drive to the scene to fix the issue or arrange transportation for the vehicle and passengers to the nearest repair shop.

Technical Inspection

Regular technical compliance checks are mandatory in Estonia. This service includes the cost of the vehicle’s regular technical inspections according to current regulations.

Vehicle Drop-off/Pick-up

We will take your vehicle for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and tire changes, and bring it back to the same location.

Fuel Discount Card + Fuel Invoice Administration

Purchases made with the Europcar fuel credit card are paid for with a single monthly consolidated invoice.

Car Wash Discount Card + Car Wash Invoice Administration

Purchases made with the Europcar car wash credit card are paid for with a single monthly consolidated invoice.

GPS Logbook

Installation of a GPS device in the vehicle and access to an online environment with the ability to maintain a logbook.

Parking Fee Administration

Parking is managed through the Autlo parking app solution, with parking fees paid with a single monthly consolidated invoice.
